Job Roles:- Customer will call you regarding the issues of the computer related to software issues like pop calls,error code messages, anti virus issues,issues of mac laptops etc. Candidates need to troubleshoot issues and charge an amount to fix it. Qualification Required: *HS pass or any Graduate. *Min 1 year exp in tech sales at international BPO. *Fluency in English should be good. *Flexible to work in any shift. *Candidates must know how to close calls. *Can join immediately. 6 days working / 1 roster off.
