Designation: Technical Sales Executive/ Sr. Technical sales Executive/Technical support Roles and Responsibilities: Handling US Outbound calls and Inbound calls regarding trouble shooting service plans. Persuading clients about the product or service and how best it satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery and also converting calls into deals. Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements. - Excellent communication skills - Good product demonstration - Comfortable for night shifts (US timings) - Excellent convincing and customer relationship skills - Should have a positive attitude towards work.
