WANTED A ROOMMATE TO SHARE THE HOUSE IN BANGALORE

I am looking for a female roommate to share the 1 BHK house. Its a brand new house newly constructed. In the ground flr owner is staying and he has rented other 2 houses. Ours will be in 1st floor. The house is located 5 kms away from wipro office, towards Ajmera apartments/ittina mahaveera apartments. From Ajmera apartments, its 3 kms interior. Bus facility is there. There are lot of 378 buses which go towards kengeri. So we can commute in this bus. Only 10mins journney in bus. Its not furnished house or PG. I have taken it for rent and looking for a roommate to share. The total house rent is . So my roommate has to pay me advance deposite. If you want to cook, we can buy induction stove or gas stove.
