WANTED DEPUTY MANAGER–BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT FOR CHENNAI IN CHENNAI

We are South India’s No.1 real estate consultancy firm and are looking for a dynamic graduate to work as Deputy Manager - Business Development at our Chennai branch. The candidate must be a graduate with minimum experience of 4 to 6 years in marketing (experience with any industry is ok and not necessarily in real estate). Key Responsibilities: • You should be able to play key role in Business Development and Sales of Chennai branch and build a healthy client base over a period of time both from your existing network as well as leads passed on by our company from time to time. • You will be involved in promoting properties of Chennai’s leading builders to our client base in India and also properties of those cities in which we have branch operations (i.e Bangalore, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Vizag, Cochin, Tirupati, etc). Eligibility Criteria: • Must be computer literate. • Must have good communication skills both written and spoken and should be fluent in ENGLISH and Tamil (Hindi is added advantage). • Must have own 2 wheeler (fuel expenses will be re-imbursed by company). • Gender: Male Only Salary: Rs./- plus (based on skill set & work experience) and all expenses for official work will be re-imbursed by the company.
