Duties and Tasks / Essential Functions (Job Description): Obtain client information by answering / making telephone calls; collecting and verifying information Determine eligibility by comparing customer information to client requirements Inform clients / customers by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines set by the client Accomplish targets and organization mission by completing related results Skills/Qualifications: Experienced candidates who are Graduates (candidates who are pursuing their degree through correspondence or have arrears can also apply). Proper phone etiquette Good English Communication Skills with the ability to speak and write clearly & accurately Effective listening skills Demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Must be able to sit for long periods of time / Position requires use of headset / microphone Multi-tasking Must be willing to work in the Night Shift Willingness to join immediately or at a short notice
