Qualifications BCA or higher IT related degree or Graduate in any discipline + any other computer courses Candidates with min. 1-2 yrs exp. in customer support for any application software. Good computer operation knowledge & trouble shooting Good skills in English communication Willing to travel abroad at short notice. Job Responsibilities To achieve thorough knowledge of the products Arrange products demonstration to clients Accountable for delivery of support & training services to the client Response to customer queries by e-mail, chat or telephone Identify needs and conduct/recommend training as needed.
