Requirements for Project Manager Digital Marketing: Knowledge of web advertising, social media, SEO, and web development preferred. Effective creation of email and direct mail campaigns to drive lead generation. Excellent English, specially written communication skills. Flexibility and quick learner who can think creatively and bring innovative solutions to marketing challenges. Good organizational skills, and high-level of self-structure producing accurate work with a strong attention to detail. Actively monitor project risks and scope to foresee and identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address them. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Responsibilities include: Manage schedule, date-driven milestones and project timelines from conception to project completion. Monitor day-to-day activities of the project team and ensure work is progressing as planned. Managing site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting. Professional presentation of digital recommendations and strategies. Demonstrate resourcefulness and judgment to resolve routine problems relating to assigned projects. Work across several projects at once. Evaluate current project management processes and systems to develop and improve efficiency. Work with vendors (if required) to coordinate needs and follow up on delivery. Lead and manage other projects and duties as assigned or needed. Adopt a team approach - work with others in pursuing common goals. Adept with assimilating and disseminating information in a professional manner.
