Sr.Executive -Payroll/ System Analyst Point of contact for payroll activities Execute Monthly Payroll Processing & Statutory Submission Assist Team Leader to manage delivery of monthly reporting against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Provide feedback to Team Leader if there is any clients workflow needs to be streamline workflow and increase productivity Escalate to Team Leader if there is any change request from client Provide high quality services to clients, ensuring strong customer satisfaction through meeting of service levels, accuracy of processing, with on-time delivery.
