Any Graduates– /BE/B Tech/MCA/B Sc/B Com/BA/BBA/BCA/BBM ∙ Standard written, verbal communication skills and technical skills. ∙ Will support clients in the US and UK region. ∙ Assist on the queries of HP products and give resolution within the given SLA. ∙ Pick-up & drop available ∙ 5 days working in a week, Candidates should be flexible to work in shifts. Mandatory Skills: ∙ Candidates must have excellent communication Skill. ∙ Must know the basics of computer application. ∙ Should be willing to work for 24/7 environment. ∙ Should be able to join on immediate basis. Only Male Candidate ∙ Any Graduates– B Sc/B Com/BA/BBA/BCA/BBM Languages known must include • English, Hindi • Graduates in any discipline • Excellent communication, inter personal & coordination skills. • Positive attitude with learning ability & grasping power. • Good knowledge on Windows troubleshooting, Exchange and other MS Office applications. • Experience with hardware and software issues • Good know of computers (Basics, MS Office) with known call logging software is advantage like Remedy, HP OV, Service tracker & etc. • Should be able to prepare & produce reports. • Should be able to analyze the call & to provide support to the user (including Remote Desktop support) • With readiness to work in shifts. • Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized. • Good Communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
