You are a recent grad with a strong passion for the web and whose curiosity keeps you up-to-date on the latest trends in web frontend development. You'll be working with us on converting Web designs into HTML/CSS/Javascript code utilizing all the latest web standards and best practices.  ESSENTIAL TECHNICAL SKILLS- Hands-on knowledge of HTML, HTML 5.0, XHTML, CSS 3.0, Javascript (JQuery)- Understanding of tableless coding and web standards- Experience converting PSDs into well structured, semantic HTML/CSS markup- Knowledge of developing cross platform/browser compatible HTML/CSS markup- Graphic and layout sensibility and comfortable working with Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Fireworks. ESSENTIAL SOFT SKILLS- Attention to detail- Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS- Taking web designs in PSDs and other formats and converting into high quality HTML/CSS code. - Writing Javascript, Jquery client side scripts.- Testing web pages for cross browser compatibility, pixel perfect, W3C validation, code quality and organisation before final delivery EDUCATION REQUIREMENTGraduate, IT Graduate, Course in web design from reputed institutes, preferably BCA, MCA, BTech WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTFreshers can apply
