ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- 1.The preparation of the companies QA manual control and supervision of all amendments and revisions 2.Control and the distribution of all the companies quality documentation 3.Monitor all quality related activities on the project 4.Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the companies management 5.Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals. 6.Attend all pre-bid meetings and coordinate all project requirements with the project bidders. 7.Attend client quality management meetings 8.The preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement. 9.Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements 10.Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports. 11.Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. 12.Recommend and implement improvements when required. 13.Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site QC manager 14.Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site QA/QC procurement manager 15.Coordinate all quality related correspondence with the customers representatives. 16.Monitor statistical method reporting. 17.Action and close all customer complaints 18.Control all achieve documentation upon the completion of the project. Job Duties and Tasks for: "Electronics Engineers" 1) Review or prepare budget and cost estimates for equipment, construction, and installation projects, and control expenditures. 2) Represent employer at conferences, meetings, boards, panels, committees, and working groups to present, explain, and defend findings and recommendations, negotiate compromises and agreements and exchange information. 3) Design electronic components and software, products and systems for commercial, industrial, medical, military, and scientific applications. 4) Provide technical support and instruction to staff and customers regarding equipment standards, and help solve specific, difficult in-service engineering problems. 5) Operate computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks. 6) Analyze system requirements, capacity, cost, and customer needs to determine feasibility of project and develop system plan. 7) Confer with engineers, customers, vendors and others to discuss existing and potential engineering projects or products. 8) Review and evaluate work of others, inside and outside the organization, to ensure effectiveness, technical adequacy and compatibility in the resolution of complex engineering problems. 9) Determine material and equipment needs and order supplies. 10) Inspect electronic equipment, instruments, products, and systems to ensure conformance to specifications, safety standards, and applicable codes and regulations. 11) Evaluate operational systems, prototypes and proposals and recommend repair or design modifications based on factors such as environment, service, cost, and system capabilities. 12) Prepare documentation containing information such as confidential descriptions and specifications of proprietary hardware and software, product development and introduction schedules, product costs, and information about product performance weaknesses. 13) Direct and coordinate activities concerned with manufacture, construction, installation, maintenance, operation, and modification of electronic equipment, products, and systems. 14) Develop and perform operational, maintenance, and testing procedures for electronic products, components, equipment, and systems. 15) Plan and develop applications and modifications for electronic properties used in components, products, and systems, to improve technical performance.
