Product Details Liquid Level Control Systems are used for monitoring of Liquid Levels in Tanks, Reservoirs, Silos, and Dams, in Process Liquid Level Monitoring etc. The system provides Visual multi level as well as continuous Level Indication we can also provide Audio Visual Alarms at desired levels and Automatic Control of Pumps based on users requirements. The liquid may be Acidic, Alkaline, Oil, Water, Effluent, or Petroleum based, in moving, turbulent or static state. The indication system is well suited for any size or depth of tank, and can give resolution in desired number of steps. It can be used in any location and is safety designed. The system is very versatile, a number of tailor made variations like control of multiple tanks, or multiple pumps are possible. Principle The operation is based on magnetic sensing of levels. A float rides on a SS Pipe Probe in which Level Sensors are enclosed and sealed. Float moves with the rise and fall of liquid level and actuates the sensors magnetically. The signals from the sensors are received by the Main Control Unit (which can be placed at the floor of your choice). This unit indicates Liquid Levels and can also provides necessary outputs of Alarm. Now on the other hand when the float reaches the top level of rod it triggers a signal for the main control unit to Off the pumping system. The device is fool proof as it works with the water level movement and does not depend on electronic probes for signal at all.
