ELECTRICAL WORKS: Concealed conduct wiring using best quality copper conductor (Anchor/Finolex) and electrical accessories (Anchor) excluding electrical fittings. Switch boards of all bed rooms, drawing & dining will have a 5 Amp. plug point apart from low level 5 Amp plug. Master bedroom will be provided with 15 Amp plug for AC and another 15 Amp plug in master toilet for a Geyser. Call bell will be in the Main gate, Gate light point. Any extra power point shall be charged extra. SANITARY WORKS: Toilet in ground floor shall be Indian W/C and both the toilets in first floor shall be European W.C, master toilet have the facility of wall mixture, hot & cold water provision, wash basin. Remain all the toilet will have necessary tap connection as well as shower connection. Wash basin will be provided near dining hall. No basin connection for two toilets except master toilet. Individual septic tank, sump & over head tank will be provided. Steel sink with one side drain board in kitchen. For the Simplex House common toilet shall be Indian pan and attach toilet shall be European W.C with hot & cold mixture with a wash basin. WATER SUP: Common water supply to each individual sump from the master boring. Each individual will lift the sump water from their own over head tank. FRONT BOUNDARY WALL: 5’-0” height and 4” thick boundary wall of required foundation made of concrete block/brick will be provided with a main gate width of 9’-0” made of M.S. grill including the two RCC pillar and gate light.
