Taking entry of Good Receipts Note / Property in / out & POS transfer. Maintaining Bin Card & Gate pass. Planning for material storage area & availability. Verifying vendor invoice as per quotation. Following FIFO method for maintaining of stock. Making effort to reduce daily wastage. Taking weekly stock take of POS & Mini store on every Thursday & Monthly stock take at end of the month tally with for proper inventory control. Rotate all slow moving items regularly. Controlling the cost as per budget. Responsible that incoming products are checked against standard purchase specification. Also to compare supplier's invoices or delivery notes to the copy of the purchase order, Market list, etc. To ascertain that goods and prices are identical with that order. To make inspection of the merchandise by measuring, weighing, or counting them to ascertain that goods are actually received and subsequently charged for. Responsible accepted products to storage areas immediately to theft. Responsible the department concerned when goods are rejected due to wrong deliveries or different specification/standard. Responsible that the movement of goods arriving is smooth and efficient as not to cause any bottlenecks.
