Huge 50 ft cockpit motoryacht in water at slip at sandpiper bay marina. Port saint Lucy fl Has new ac Needs new motors. Not running Electrical work needed Sank years ago but pretty nice inside. Diver checked bottom no damage found Props turn freely but engines don't turn. The slip is not included it's up to the marina to decide if the slip can be leased. This is a Vintage Yacht brought back from the dead. It was said to be owned by the classic Hollywood actor James Cagney and then lost in a card game to an heir to the Elmers Glue fortune. Its changed hands many times since then and was previously owned by a friend of mine. He suddenly passed away during the renovation. I purchased the vessel from his family and decided to finish the job and bring it back to its former glory. I turned the Yacht into a Yacht Hotel. Great boat, very roomy, be a very live aboard or vacation cabin.  Has rebuilt engines installed in 2018. Has dingy  9 hp motor. Large flybridge, Canopy.  Very nice interior, all necessary equipment, extra parts, tools, fishing gear, has boat davit.  Boat has been in storage yard for several years  but has been winterized, shrink wrapped. Will take a little work to get everything ready to go but great boat.

Nice good running boat.  I installed a 6.5 KW generator, which runs great, and keeps your AC running nice and cold when out camping or on the water.  Engines run very nice.  Mechanically, as far as I know is in very good condition.  Has brand new Bimini top, cockpit closing and porthole covers. All gauges work, but I would replace some, as the plastic has become brittle.  FloScan works great. Generator is shown without noise insulation, but it has a noise insulation cover, which I am replacing the thermal/noise insulation.  Will be in boat installed before pickup. Details:  I never got around to redo the upholstery of the outside.  We did the Inside, installed beautiful Amtico Teak and Holly flooring, and replacing upholstery there as seen in the pics.  The outside of the boat, on the pictures you can see that the trim is missing, and in example on the rear bench, the wood railing is missing.  I have all these parts, including the rear seats which I'm happy to give you if you are interested in restoring boat to its original looks.  The cockpit seat, has some wood rot under main bench which is part of the whole seat assembly (not the boat itself).  The deck has some soft spots that can be felt when walking around, I can gladly mark them.   Upon payment, you can either pick up boat yourself at the lift where it is at at the moment (Marco Island), or I can drive it to the Caxambas marine.  Boat needs to be paid in full before I take it there to hand over.
