Communicate and negotiate via emails phone regarding compensation benefits on offer from client company. Monitor key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire Collaborate with client HR managers to identify future hiring needs Act as a consultant client company and help them in hiring resources. Requirements Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases Experience with sourcing techniques Understanding of referral programs Solid verbal and written communication skills Sound judgement

Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests Updating internal databases with new hire information Creating and distributing guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
