Carnation Flower Cake Fondant Sugar craft Mold Cutter Gum Paste Decor Tools Using the 3 sizes of carnation cutter, roll out your chosen color of  flower paste. Cut out 4 large, 5 medium & 4 small petals & thin the edges using a thinning tool, vainer or even a toothpick. Using a small amount of edible glue place the petals in size order (largest first) on top of one another. When all petals are on top push your bone tool approx half way down into the center of the petals & remove. Arrange/push the top layer of petals to cover the hole & to create an evenly shaped top. To make your flat base roll your sugar paste treated with CMC, & cut out using a large circle cutter.
