An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Front of House Receptionist to provide a highly professional level of customer service to everyone who interacts with them and to enhance the ITV experience for all guests and colleagues. As our Front of House Receptionist, you will provide a professional and welcoming service for anyone interacting with the Front of House team, ensuring the highest level of customer service is delivered at all times. You will play a key role in ensuring that a safe, welcoming and secure environment is provided to all of our visitors internally and externally. You will resolve guest enquiries, carry out pre-booking requirements and ensure all telephone calls handled through Front of House are dealt within a highly professional manner and re-routed or dealt with as required. In addition you will carry out appropriate security duties including managing visitor's security passes, liaising with the Security Manager and the Front of House Supervisor. You may also be required to cover switchboard, helpdesk or concierge positions when necessary. Our successful candidate will have experience in a similar corporate Front of House role within reception, switchboard, concierge or helpdesk position. You must have excellent customer service and communication skills and provide a seamless robust service to all employees and guests. With your strong interpersonal skills, you will be highly organised, self-motivated and confident in your approach. You will thrive working in a fast paced and demanding environment and will be able to prioritise your workload effectively. You must possess excellent IT skills and have a good knowledge of online booking systems. Due to the nature of the role, you may be required to work longer hours from time to time and assist productions.
