For example, as there is only 30 days in the month of April, the commission would be calculated according to 30 days and in the month of May it will be calculated for 31 days. Sample Salary Calculation for the Taxi Drivers in Dubai: No of days worked: 30 Days Maximum Commission Slab: Dhs. 11851 (11851/30 = 395 dhs a day) Commission calculation: 11851 x 35% = 4148 dhs. Minimum taxi fare (Once Passenger board on the Taxi): Dhs. 12/- Inter emirates Charges, (like Sharjah etc): Dhs. 25/- Drivers very easily can reach the daily collection of Dhs. 400 to 500 a day (500*30=15,000) Commission Calculation: 15,000 x 35% = 5250 AED WORKING HOURS Regarding the daily shift, there are 2 types of daily shifts are available and are as follows: Single Shift: Car will be with the driver for 24 hours and then the commission will be calculated accordingly as shown in the table. Double Shift: Car will be with the driver for 12 hours. It can be either night shift or day shift. Once after 12 hours the car has to be handover to the second shift driver. CANDIDATES SELECTION We are in need of CANDIDATES HOLDING A VALID GCC LICENSE. As there will be a psychometric test conducted by Dubai Road & Transport Authority, all candidates should be proficient in English. EXPENSES From the total expenses incurred by a candidate towards the Dubai Taxi permit and other training expenses, candidates will have to pay an amount of 2000 AED upfront to the company and the balance amount of 6000 AED will be deducted by the company on monthly basis. In addition to GCC license holder candidates, you may try to source candidates with UAE Driving license and for those candidates the expenses will be as given below: Upfront Payment: NIL Deduction from Salary on monthly basis: 3000 AED Total Expenses: 3000 AED Besides that, we request you to kindly let us know the maximum service charge you will be able to provide us for each candidate. TRAINING Accommodation and transportation will be provided by the company only during the training period. Food allowance of minimum 400 AED will be provided by the company only during the training period. Note: The total expenses will be recovered from the candidates on monthly basis after the training period. NO ADVANCE

Candidate should have good experience with minimum 5 to 10 years is must and with valid GCC license is required. And salary will be Qrs + accommodation + transportation + OT + food are provided by the company.
