Salary: As per Industry Standard Job description for Desktop Support Engineer • Desktop/Laptop on-site and phone support; Printer/Fax support; Backup system support; -Updating current infrastructure; Deploying new equipment; • Provide investigation, diagnosis, resolution and recovery for hardware/software problems.
