Maintenance of Company Records, segregation and grading of top priority correspondences, Classification of Files, Documentation, Archives etc. To maintain cordial relationship with Labour Union To handle Union Related Issues To co-ordinate with legal advisors for any legal issues. To attend court hearings as and when required To deal with all kinds of inspections related to factory and statutory laws To comply with all labor laws To comply by factory Act To Ensure that Statutory Compliances are met Motivating Team Members Succession Planning To ensure development of Team Members who can grow into the next level Making & Analyzing MIS Reports & keeping Management Updated of the same To provide adequate Human Resource, Office utilities, Logistics arrangements and Facilities maintenance and properly manage the Vendors. To monitor the work of outsourced staff and tackling all disciplinary issues with suitable action.
