Machine shop supervisor or Engineer needed to MNC co Experience: 8- 10 years or DME/ 5 to 6 yrs for BE-MECH Skills: Machine shop supervisor/Engineer Industry: Oil and Gas Functional Area: you will be responsible to monitor the Operators 1) Hands on Experience of working on CNC & VMC Machine, Forging, Milling, Surface Grinding, Heat treatment, Sand blasting, EDM Wirecut, Tool Cutting Machine & Operating skills. 2) Knowledge to increase productivity. 3) Knowledge of Manufacturing Process, Programming & Cutting Tools, Job Setups and Ensuring the same during Production. 4) Ready to work in Shifts if required. 5) Exposure to 5S & Safety practices, 6) Responsible to monitor the Operators Log Book 7) Ensuring the Job Loading/ Unloading & Maintaining the schedule making the Production Report Programming, settings, understanding the Drawings, Machining, Operating programming CNC, VMC, drawings reading, planning, development, tools and instrument knowledge Manpower handling, reducing cycle time, tool cost reduction etc Regards, YAMUNA-HR @ 73053 && 23220 ****All the best****
