We are looking for honest, SALES focused, self driven, goal orientated people with integrity who can work with little supervision from home. There are two parts to this role that will be split roughly 65% insurance based and 35% real estate based. Hours are negotiable between 8am PST and 8pm PST, 5 days per week but may include a weekend day. Days will be 8 hour days with a one hour lunch or 7.5 hour days with a half hour lunch (your choosing). Insurance: You will be calling on clients that have expressed interest in life insurance products from one of the many reputable companies we represent including, Mutual of Omaha, Gerber and AIG. You must be able to follow scripts (deviating from script AFTER it’s mastered is ok but following scripts is mandatory upon hire) and then be able to have a rapport building conversation to set in home appointments. Training and continuous education will be provided via scripts, phone/video calls and/or recorded trainings. Telemarketing, appointment setting, or cold calling experience is required. Real Estate: You will be collecting data, compiling lists, sending emails/texts and sending letters via online sites. PAY: $125 USD per week, Paid each Monday for the previous work week Bonuses paid on production. A successful candidate is expected to bonus an additional $125 USD per week or more. Bonus structure to be discussed in interviews but will not be capped.
