Position production engineer

We are looking candidate for the position of Production Engineer for fresher with good communication skills. • Manage and maintain all audio and video equipment. • Update and maintain all technical drawings related to all audio and video equipment and signal Paths. • Maintain and ensure proper operation of all SMATV systems and televisions. • Keep accurate inventory of tools, machinery, cleaning supplies, and related equipment. • Perform off-season maintenance and preventive maintenance projects, and secure competitive Bids for facility maintenance and repair projects as needed. • Help determine the needs of the Arena and Event Presentation Department for capital Expenditures. • Working knowledge of non-linear video editing systems and hardware. • Coordinate all video and audio routing throughout the facility. • Manage all communications connectivity throughout the building and with outside companies. • Position requires the employee to perform physical duties including working at varying heights And moving heavy objects. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • User support for all software and hardware related computer issues. • Other duties as deemed necessary by the Event Manager. Qualification:BE(ECE/EEE) Functional Area: Engineering Candidate Requirement • Requires extensive knowledge of electronics and electrical systems, Audio and Video systems, lighting systems, and troubleshooting skills. • Proven experience with video/matrix boards, at a fast paced arena or like venue. Prior Daktronics experience a plus. • Must be able to competently analyze and prioritize information to make appropriate recommendations. • Demonstrated ability and experience developing and coordinating multi-faceted plans and issues. • Proficient with Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and Word. • Demonstrated sound organizational, coordinating and personal interface skills. • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to successfully communicate with the public, other employees and vendors. • Proven job reliability, diligence, and dedication. • Must be flexible with working nights, weekends, and holidays..
