Tech Support Sales: Job Description The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve our customers' technical issues. You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams. Taking inbound calls with printer, router and anti virus issues from the customer. Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plan to the customer. Selling technical support plan along with relevant software. Responsibilities Should have worked in PPC, Desktop, Laptop, Printer related calls. Handling Troubleshooting Issue Candidate should be flexible to work in night shifts. B2B & B2C Lead Generation. Coordinating with managers to understand the requirements. Candidates need to solve these issues and charge a certain amount. Shift Timings: Night 8PM TO 6AM with 1 roster off / 6 days working. Candidates must know how to close calls. Should be flexible to work in Night Shifts. Qualifications: Minimum 6 months of exp in technical sales (voice process)of technical support experience Customer service oriented Strong written and verbal and troubleshooting skills 10+2/ Graduation. Basic working knowledge of Linux, etc., operating system, and shell scripting Working knowledge of load balancing, clustering, and redundancy is a plus. Working knowledge of http, web applications, and email servers is a plus. Working knowledge of networking and application security is a plus. Working knowledge of enterprise databases is a plus Strong communication and incident management skills.
