Our Client Requires Position: Manager Production Machining Location: Rajkot (Gujarat) Annual Salary: Up to , based on current CTC and relevant experience Education: Mechanical Engineer Experience: Minimum 7 to 8 Yr Experience Job Description, Scope and Responsibilities: 1.Directs daily department activities in order to meet production goals. 2.Confers with management, production and marketing staff to determine manufacturing feasibility, cost effectiveness and customer demand for new and existing products. 3.Forecasts operating costs of department and directs preparation of budget requests. 4.Reviews and establishes material, equipment and manpower resource requirements. 5.Coordinates production activities with other functional groups such as planning and distribution. 6.Selects and develops personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the production function. 7.Responsible for the maintenance of manufacturing equipment, ensuring both preventive maintenance programs and repairs. 8.Administer safety programs in order to provide a safe and clean workplace for employees. 9.Generates productivity reports and other operations metrics. 10.He should have past experience in handling CNC, VMC, HMC Machines 11.He is required to plan, organize and run optimum day to day production having exposure to strong problem solving skills. 12.He must have experience in implementation of manufacturing functionality of ERP system and improving ISO/TS with in manufacturing. 13.He must be quality management and delivering customer requirements. 14.Hands on experience in setting & running CNC Milling or Turning machines. Knowledge on cutting properties on different material. 15.Must have worked in a big size CNC workshop. 16.Must have machining background.
