*PRIME LOCATION* House is situated just in the distance of 30 metres from the main road in a covered campus society (Aamra vihar) . The great thing is almost everything is in walking distance such as- -Bus stop , auto stand just 20 metres away and has connectivity to most of the main areas of the city. - Vegetables/fruits market just outside of the colony. - Big market just fews walks away where virtually you can find anything to buy. - Dmart is also 100 metres away. - Gyms , meat market , hardware traders ,etc all are nearby. - All school / college buses passes through here. - Surroundings are quiet so no disturbings on your peace or study. - Famous mata mandir is also on walking distance , good tourist spot because of the mountain scenery. - Many hospitals , doctors clinics nearby. We're looking for female tenants - Female students or working girls only(DEEPLY SORRY BOYS). We have 4 small rooms enough to fit 2 people with beds and wardrobe with attach toilets and bathrooms in each one of it.
