It does not serve 24V DC or 48 V DC devices.)   -  Function is to manage and control the Solar DC charge to batteries connected to the Charge Controller and give 12V DC out to serve DC Loads.  This enables proper and balanced charge to batteries through Solar, and thus protect the batteries from situation of extra current.
