We are looking for Mechanical Maintenance In-charge Company: Steel Plant (TMT Bar) Job Location: Purulia Designation: Mechanical Maintenance In-charge (SMS Plant) Mechanical Maintenance In-charge (DRI Plant) Salary: 30,000 to 60,000 per month + Accommodation & Other Facilities Vacancy: 2 Responsibilities and Duties: 1) Handling entire mechanical maintenance services in the SMS Plant And DRI Plant 2) Inspects operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards 3) Eliminate breakdowns of equipment by the proper planning/execution of preventive/predictive maintenance plans leading to higher plant productivity 4) Schedules repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous production operations 5) Ensure records of maintenance and repairs carried out are completed as per ISO & WHO/ GMP norms 6) Directs maintenance activities on utility systems like Air Compressors, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Thermal fluid heaters etc... 7) Reviews job card to determine work priorities and diagnosing faults, responding to breakdowns, repairing equipment.
