An inspection may be conducted by EVOK to ascertain the condition of item prior to approval of exchange request. Freight charges for both sides shall be borne by the customer. Return Request: Return request can be accepted only in case where there is a material defect / damage found in the product. For any external damages to the packed product, please document the same on the delivery acknowledgment at the time of delivery.
