Job Title: LMS - Specialist Role As a Learning Management System (LMS) Specialist, to develop & maintain LMS software that contributes to the overall success of our products. Be a part of team who works collaboratively with developers, quality engineers, product managers, and usability experts to make our products easier to use. Responsibilities Evaluate a restricted number of learning management solutions according to scope and requirements. Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities. Create and maintain the LMS platform - information architecture Evaluates business requirements related to using and configuring LMS application. Manages LMS functions which include monitoring course content, course approvals,and evaluation processes. Creates/publishes/archives online/instructor-led courses, adds/deletes resources, monitor accounts, reset passwords, and maintain system parameters;Administers LMS user accounts. Creates and updates training requirements in the LMS Generate and manage training within the Learning Management System. Facilitate in end user training of LMS application. Mend LMS issues and divergence. Audit and monitor data integrity within LMS. Requirements Proven working experience in handling LMS platform and run dashboards for software documentation. Experience in handling Moodle or any open source software - LMS and digital learning app solutions. Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred Software skills MS Office Tools (High Level proficiency in PPT & Word) LMS Project management tools.
