Antique Maha Lakshmi Hanging Lamp Brass bronze handmade 90+ years old, this is evident in the carving which is blunt due to age, also the colour of the lamp makes the statement of bronzecrafted meticulously by the 'now lost' - wax molding process whereas the images are carved in hand afterwards, this type of lamps are not seen nowadays and as they are not made this way so this lamp is a collectors pride, it weighs nearly 4 kilograms fully hand made and with fine detailing of all essential aspects of traditional auspicious requirements of a Mahalakshmi lamp - such as 14 auspicious anna paravai (Mythological birds) 7 on each arch and two Gaja vahanam on each side, with two lotus flowers in each hand, and two Yazhli mythological creatures at both ends holding the arch joining it to the base. This comes with an one foot chain to hang the lamp. This lamp was a part of the dowry given to my grandmother by her parents during her marriage and now she is 92 yrs old so one can deduce the age of the lamp, and this lamp is a symbol of wealth and prosperity since it portrays the wealth god Mahalakshmi in her full manifestations. Cancellation request post-delivery will only be accepted in case the following conditions are met: a) Cancellation request is raised due to the customer's change of mind b) Cancellation request is raised due to space issues at the customer's site c) The request must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product d) The product must be returned in good condition
