Heading the overall plant Operations - Productions, Quality, Maintenance and Store. Responsible to set the objective and KPIs to all direct repartees in line with Company and plant objectives. Monitoring the plant activities and drive the team members towards achieve the plant operations KPI. Production plan as per the customer forecast. Monitor & effective utilization of the Man, Machine & Material. Responsible for OEE improvement & PQCDSM. Responsible for manufacturing process improvements. Customer schedule adherence 100% with Zero defects. Monitoring & reduction of customer and in-house rejection.

Lead and support operations to resolve technical issues, ensuring all investigation work is documented, by developing robust production processes and improving product designs, with the aim to reduce cost and improve reliability, while complying with current quality standards Define and document clear written specifications and procedures to direct the Operations team in effective and efficient product assembly and test Develop, document and improve required tooling and associated test jigs, in a timely manner, by liaising with the design and manufacturing teams, to guarantee product quality and operational productivity and efficiency Manage and review all operational product and process documentation and ERP system information changes (including bills of materials, product routings and design change requests

Oversee daily operations of the business unit or organization. Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business. Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports. Provide direct management of key functional managers and executives in the business unit. Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives. Ensure the overall delivery and quality of the unit's offerings to customers. Engage in key or targeted customer activities.
