MacGregor Sailboat Sail boat 26S 26 S. This boat was owned by a physician that hired professionals to maintain and processed the boat yearly.  Professional plastic wrapped yearly for storage.  I did not even wash the boat before taking photos.  Probably not going to find a cleaner 26S.  This boat was only sailed in Blue Mesa reservoir in Colorado.  1992 MacGregor 26S Sailboat. Swing keel and water ballast for easy towing and launching.. Hull: Excellent condition. Over $3800 for revitalization of the gelcoat. Have receipts.  A couple small scratches below water line.  See images.  Could use a polish but not bad at all.   Decals:  Boat Name is "Wind Dancer" professional installed on starboard and port stern.  no smears or tears on the decals.   Standing rigging: OEM rigging. I was going to upgrade to swaged turnbuckles but not necessary  Sails: Excellent condition. Main has a blue sail bag. Halyard is led to cockpit.  Roller Furler on jib. New furler line. Nice good running boat.  I installed a 6.5 KW generator, which runs great, and keeps your AC running nice and cold when out camping or on the water.  Engines run very nice.  Mechanically, as far as I know is in very good condition.  Has brand new Bimini top, cockpit closing and porthole covers. All gauges work, but I would replace some, as the plastic has become brittle.  FloScan works great. Generator is shown without noise insulation, but it has a noise insulation cover, which I am replacing the thermal/noise insulation.  Will be in boat installed before pickup. Details:  I never got around to redo the upholstery of the outside.  We did the Inside, installed beautiful Amtico Teak and Holly flooring, and replacing upholstery there as seen in the pics.  The outside of the boat, on the pictures you can see that the trim is missing, and in example on the rear bench, the wood railing is missing.  I have all these parts, including the rear seats which I'm happy to give you if you are interested in restoring boat to its original looks.  The cockpit seat, has some wood rot under main bench which is part of the whole seat assembly (not the boat itself).  The deck has some soft spots that can be felt when walking around, I can gladly mark them.   Upon payment, you can either pick up boat yourself at the lift where it is at at the moment (Marco Island), or I can drive it to the Caxambas marine.  Boat needs to be paid in full before I take it there to hand over. 1985 Oday 4.25 ft  draft. This boat has a roomy cockpit that is great for entertaining. The layout down below is very nice with lots of room. and enclosed v birth. She is very fun to sail. I have started several projects and I just dont have time to finish with life getting busy. If you are handy and have the time, you can easily make this good boat great. it's a solid boat has new wire stays lines are in good shape. the boat comes with two sets of sails that are in good shape main and jib.a new cable for raising and lowing the keel needs to be installed on the boat once that is installed and a battery is in the boat it is ready to sail. trailer has new tires that are a year old new wheel bearings and new winch the lights worked on the trailer when the boat was hauled out at the end of the 2020 season.the boat has a raymarine gps, raymarine wind speed indicator, raymarine tiller pilot, a vhf radio, toilet porta potty. the boat has working nav lights and interior lights. a little galley with a sink with hand operated pump 6 gallon fresh water tank and also a salt water faucet and a 2 burner propane stove. boat also has new dock lines and an anchor. rigging is setup for single handed sailing lines led aft you can raise and lower sails from the cockpit. also has a 1986 6hp evinrude outboard stored inside in the winter every season lower end oil is changed and winterized it has a new water pump impeller new coils and plug wires carbs been rebuilt it runs nice never had a problem. it has the battery charging kit on it to charge the batteries in the boat when running.the boat also has a 50watt solar panel on it with charge controller. need the boat gone it's just sitting in the yard bought a bigger boat.

Daydreamin is a beautiful nimble little boat. I spent last summer setting her up to go cruising, but due to crew issues was never able to get going. The navigation is brand new Raymarine, all you need is a chartplotter.  The gimbaled three burner propane stove with oven works great, has a propane locker in the rear of the cockpit.  We installed 350w of solar with MPPT controller and a new inverter.  We insulated the cabin with thermal reflective foam core.  Cushions are good and firm. Sails still have some good life in em. Has a great surround stereo system.  Head works great, never had an issue. She’s 39 years old so you can expect some wear and tear, but overall she’s in pretty good shape and ready to go. I’m including all safety gear, spare parts, electronics, extra ropes/lines, paint, and some shackles.

Ted Brewer design, 43ft, steel sailboat, built in seattle WA in 1986 by canyon industries to a very high standard. I bought this boat brand new. It has very low hours as we just don't use it any more. 144 hours. It stays in dry storage at Lighthouse marina on Lake Murray, SC. It has never been in salt water. It doesn't show in the pics but it has a full in dash Garmin GPS in the cockpit dash. I also converted all audio over to JL Audio marine speakers and AMPS. It has drag pipes on it w/ silent choice option.  Full service was performed before it was put away last season including impeller replacement.
