Communications social intern

WWF-India is looking for a communications and social media intern for a duration of six months. The job will require the intern to create content for the website and social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) for the WWF-Volunteers programme. Some experience in this regard will be strongly preferred. The intern will also be engaged in outreach activities for colleges and other institutions for volunteer engagement.

The Social and Digital Media Intern will play an active role in development of social and digital media handles of Festal.Under the supervision of the Marketing Head, the intern will Build and Maintain the Festal presence on various social media platforms and help create and publish content that is relevant to our customer base.The intern will learn to reach and build communities, run various campaigns and contests gain experience in social media platforms and the tools used to assess their performance.1. The intern will learn Product life cycle and Market promotion techniques. Responsibilities: Social Media:1. Update Facebook, Twitter and YouTube accounts. 2. Respond to posts or comments to bring value to user’s interactions. 3. Run interactive weekly contests, make customers actively participate and share content4.Post and interact with local or relevant groups. 5. Grows the client's online social networks by increasing fan-base and interactions. 6. Simultaneously work on various other online promotion techniques 

The Social and Digital Media Intern will play an active role in the development of Bima Business's online community. Under the supervision of the Marketing manager, the intern will maintain Bima Business’s presence on various social media platforms and help create and publish content that is relevant to our target audience. He/she will regularly analyse and report on the activity on social media networks as well as the Bima business website. He/she will also assist in maintaining the Bima Business's archive of digital images, posts, emailers and other content. The intern will learn how to reach communities, and promote offerings through the internet and gain experience in social media platforms and the tools used to assess their performance.
