1986 Jefferson ConvertibleThis 42’ Jefferson Convertible is a Taiwan built yacht with a conservative profile. She is built on a low deadrise solid fiberglass hull with a nice keel for directional stability. A wide 14’3” beam provides plenty of room on the back deck and the interior. Her two stateroom galley down design is great for enjoying after a day of cruising. Owners stateroom had a queen berth and front stateroom has comfy bunks. Both are connected to a head with separate stall shower. Saloon has a convertible couch so you can sleep 6 easily. Dual AC units will keep you cool. The all teak interior is in good condition. The lower helm adds a lot of versatility to the design when you decide to not drive from the Flybridge. That flybridge has a hardtop with a full enclosure to keep you dry in the most inclement weather. Twin 375 Caterpillar can cruise at 23 to get you where u need to go or be economical at a slow cruise. They are in a nice sized engine room with access from both the galley and saloon (if you lift up floor boards for bigger jobs). A 10KW Westerbeke will keep you powered up when not using shore power. Twin 150 Gal tanks and twin 75 gal tanks under back deck. Fuel filtering system on board to keep it all fresh! Boat was driven under its own power to current location in Sept of 2017. Due to Life it has been on the hard since then. It has never sunk or taken on sea water! Good solid boat just needs some love to get it back to tip top condition. Either fix up and use or fix up and sell. I just don’t have the time at this point.Minor leak in front cabin damaged headliner. Headliner and wood above was removed, good teak trim work stored on boat in excellent condition. Some teak veneer damage. Windows in cabins will need replaced. Interior wood around windows in owners cabin needs replaced. Port engine needs exhaust gasket replaced (new one on board). Transom door needs replaced. Transom and rest of boat is solid. Nice good running boat.  I installed a 6.5 KW generator, which runs great, and keeps your AC running nice and cold when out camping or on the water.  Engines run very nice.  Mechanically, as far as I know is in very good condition.  Has brand new Bimini top, cockpit closing and porthole covers. All gauges work, but I would replace some, as the plastic has become brittle.  FloScan works great. Generator is shown without noise insulation, but it has a noise insulation cover, which I am replacing the thermal/noise insulation.  Will be in boat installed before pickup. Details:  I never got around to redo the upholstery of the outside.  We did the Inside, installed beautiful Amtico Teak and Holly flooring, and replacing upholstery there as seen in the pics.  The outside of the boat, on the pictures you can see that the trim is missing, and in example on the rear bench, the wood railing is missing.  I have all these parts, including the rear seats which I'm happy to give you if you are interested in restoring boat to its original looks.  The cockpit seat, has some wood rot under main bench which is part of the whole seat assembly (not the boat itself).  The deck has some soft spots that can be felt when walking around, I can gladly mark them.   Upon payment, you can either pick up boat yourself at the lift where it is at at the moment (Marco Island), or I can drive it to the Caxambas marine.  Boat needs to be paid in full before I take it there to hand over. 1952 Antique Wooden Carvelplank 21ft Sloop sailboat with outboard True Rocket. The sad day has come to sell this boat. It was in the water last year but we are unable to obtain a mooring and have some expenses within the family that come first.  It is an AR True Rocket, built in Amesbury, MA in 1952. It has been registered in NH and will come with a bill of sale and previous registration. Sail and Jib have been serviced, unsure of Yamaha outboard motor age but is also due a servicing. New deep cycle marine battery. It also comes with a few gallons of paint for the hull and cotton for caulking. This 21ft sloop is a true treasure. It is a centerboard and weighted with lead. The exterior natural wood is all mahogany and the deck is canvas. Custom cushions designed specifically for this boat. There is also a compostable toilet. Pumps should be in working order. Comes with everything you need except for jackets. These carvelplank boats are hard to come by. Serious offers considered.
