Designing a Realistic though Creative Sales Strategy for launching of the Project to final sale of units in a project, having experience on implementing those ideas and courage to follow the same throughout to achieve the set goals. A dynamic person who can set small targets in a way to reach the goal and drive the whole of the associated team to achieve it in timely manner. It s also important for such a person to keep monitoring compliance i.e. one should be responsible for providing data that allows to monitor what is happening in the marketplace regarding customers, competitors and surrounding regulations and technology shifts. A Leader who can assess the terrain of what is going on in the marketplace based on the data available from the sales process and directs its team to gather new information which would be useful in developments of Fresh Plans. A Person who should focus working toward compliance in the sales process to protect the integrity of the data captured so everyone has relevant data for good decision making. In short, A Sales Head is the backbone of Company, who with constant effort and pursuance, helps Company to Sale the current Project and in the process learn the art to be able to chalk out best of the strategies for bringing effective revenue from the projects in pipeline. The Broader roles and responsibilities could be jotted as below: Designing the Strategy on Marketing & Sales Complete Kit for Launching of the Project Appointing Direct and indirect channel partners for sales Setting up of Pre & Post Sales Team for the Project Implementing Ideas to achieve the targets and drive the team for same Conduct Market Research to develop an understanding of the competition, opportunities and customers. Help to Establish and maintain appropriate budgets for sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives. Coordinating with Project Heads for ascertaining the real scenario and required modification in execution of plans In case required, having ability on implementation on plan B or C to achieve the goal Controlling the team and driving the team to achieve targets and arranging meeting and follow-ups Meeting the Marketing heads (external) and keeping a check on deliverables Documenting the processes and keeping a check on regular updates Co coordinating the Client Visits and meeting them to build confidence for immediate conversion and break through Ensuring Vetting of Post Sales Documentation by Legal team and coordinating with them at all times for Quality exchange of Documents with clients Developing Strategy for newer projects. Overseeing the Sales Team, impart training and motivating the team to stay customer and sales growth focused. To ensure an excellent customer service is provided to customers. Experience: 08 to 15 yrs of experience in Sales & Marketing The candidate must have a demonstrated track-record of managing a team handling high-end residential and commercial projects. He should have excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, a pleasant personality and an analytical blend of mind. Location: Kolkata Salary: Rs 8 to 12 Lakhs per annum Plus benefits

OPERATIONS MANAGER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Fully responsible for all aspects of all departments. Support and work with all Head of Departments in all aspects of running this hotel. Ensure the premises are in operative condition as per category of the unit to receive & serve the guests. Dealing with Suppliers / Vendors for quality products involving Purchase Manager and providing performance assessment of vendors every quarter to HO Purchase. Inspecting all departments for SOP implementation. Inspecting all department with their respective Manager's for cleanliness, ambience, service readiness, staff grooming & hospitality culture. Monitor the co-ordination between all departments for smooth & efficient operations. Assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction and service recovery process. Meet all dept. heads to review & train the staff to upkeep the human capital. Identifying staff learning needs and assisting with development Providing timely and constructive feedback to all direct reports as and when required either formally or informally. Conduct weekly / Daily meeting with marketing people for enquiry & follow up & conversion to grow up the business. Monitor and maintain operation & overhead cost in order to maintain maximum revenue to the organisation. Be on available on call 24 hours a day to resolve any urgent problems on emergencies.
