The Kirk SQRC-ARCA Quick Release Clamp is an Arca-Swiss compatible clamp that replaces existing clamps on photo style ball and monopod heads that mount using a single M6 hex bolt. The SQRC is a Quick Release (QR) clamp that features a full sized locking knob which provides a sure grip and the captive design of the knob prevents it from falling out of the clamp during normal use. The built-in bubble level provides a visual indication of a level platform. The SQRC requires only one full turn on the locking knob to release a camera with mounted QR plate from the top while one-quarter turn allows side-to-side adjustment or side removal of camera. When mounting a camera with attached Kirk QR plate with safety stops one-quarter turn of the locking knob still allows side-to-side adjustments but the stops on the Kirk QR plate prevent the camera from sliding out of the side of the clamp.
