No scratches on screen. Light use seen on back and side. No scratches there either. Phone is not recognized by PC when connected via USB cable!!!. Phone charges fine thru charger and when connected to PC Upgraded to Android 4.4.4 KitKat. Included: - phone - extra battery !!! - charger and cable Please note * In the upgraded Android OS (4.4.4, kitkat), there are some features that may not work. E.g. FM. I have not used those and I don't know if those work. If required, I can reset the phone to the officially supported version (Jelly Bean). * Battery life is around 1 day with moderate use. I wanted better battery life and bought a new battery to see if that might may a difference. But it didn't. * Absolutely no returns. Sold as is!
