This waterproof LED strip is very nice and attractive and bright enough. String  made from super power long life  SMD LED's which are small and bright and assembled on a flexible PCB. This LED string works on 12V DC, 2A power supply (can use a 12V battery also). If you want to run it on electricity, you have to use an AC to DC Adapter. This is the optimum working voltage for this string. Brightness of this string may decrease upon lower voltage power supply to it- Power supply higher than 12v Dc is not to be used as it will  damage the LEDs. Anyway you can provide lesser voltage. You can Also use it on your bikes and cars on because they are having DC 12V Power. Instructions For Strip Connection with Ac to DC 12 V Adapter (If you want to connect with Electricity) 1. There are two sets of wires on adapter: (a) One set with two same color wires & (b) One set with two different color wires. For example Red and black. 2. Now connect two same color wires on adapter with ac electricity. 3. And connect two different color wires  set on adapter with strip, connect red adapter wire with strip red wire and black adapter wire with strip adapter wire. 4. Pls note the color may be different but kindly keep in mind that two same color wires on adapter are meant for AC electricity current and two different color wires are for strip connection.   Imp: 1. Do not use this strip on AC electricity directly. 12v ac to dc adapter is needed to connect it with electricity. 2.
