It lays down a consistent fine line regardless of angle, pressure or rotation.  The Hero 360 is a medium weight, nicely balanced, all metal pen made of anodized aluminum with a polished stainless cap and pocket clip. The barrel has a recess for the cap to securely snap into when the cap is posted.  The Hero 360 is similar to the Sailor Trident fountain pen from Japan but with some significant improvements. The Sailor Trident had three nibs and was subject to ink drying
