This also enables stable 12V DC output from HCCU to serve as input to 12V DC devices.  - The Solar Charge Hybrid Controller (HCC) is connected to Solar Panel as well as AC Mains.  It charges from one source at a time, with preference to Solar. -  When both Solar and Grid power are available, the Hybrid Charge Controller gives preference to Solar Panels for charging the battery, which allows for Zero Running Cost Solar Power to charge the battery at rated power, and also protects the battery from faster than recommended charging from two sources of power, thus retaining life of the battery.  The DC Load is also served giving preference to Solar. Mode of Operation:- When both Solar and Grid Power available, then preference given to Solar Power. In case Solar power more than Load, then Solar Power serves the DC Load, and differential power charges the battery. In case Solar power less than Load, then Solar Power serves the DC Load, and differential power is drawn from battery discharge. When Solar not available, but AC Mains Grid available, then obviously AC supply is converted to DC by the HCCU to serve the DC load, and the battery is also charged by converting AC to DC.
