Communicating with Customers at various stages of dispatch 14. Communicating with Operations/Logistics department regarding the dispatch. 15. Selecting and dispatching samples to customers. 16. Maintaining Sales Report/Sales Order Report, Shipment Advise, Inquiry Report, LC Checklist, Unsold stock Batch Code, allocation report 17. Preparation of Certificate of Analysis for Shipments 18. Must have had exposure to events, exhibitions and it’s management in abroad countries. Experience – Minimum 3 to 6 years Industry: Exports specific. (If food/beverage exports industry, then most preferred.) Job specification: 1. Must be a pleasant, presentable personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills. (specially English, customer communications, drafting correspondence for sales & marketing should be very strong) 2. Should be ready to travel domestic and abroad. 3. Should have well-travelled in the world. 4. Should be an initator and self-starter 5. Preferred if managed a team in the past 6.
