It is important to verify the wattage of any panel based on datasheet before considering a purchase. Here are the Simple Tests to confirm Wattage for 12v applications with PWM Solar charge controller before you order;   Test1:    Number of Cells, If it is 36 –  OK Test2:    Ask Vmp. If it is a fixed value between 17v to 18v -  OK  (Because  e ach cell is supposed to be approximately 0.5V) Test3:    Ask Imp.  If it is fixed value between   to A for 20Watt Panel. - OK Test4:    Multiply Vmp with Imp.
