Wadhwa Mulund Pre Launch Official Announcement !!! Wadhwa Atmosphere project is coming up at Mulund (W) on Goregaon Mulund Link Road. It would have 7 Towers of 32 Storeys Each. The complex would also have Retail. The location of Wadhwa Atmosphere is very near Fortis Hospital, Dmart and Jain Derasar. Currently 3 Towers are opened for sale in pre-launch of Wadhwa Atmosphere. Each tower in Wadhwa Atmosphere would have 6 Apartments and 7 Elevators on a floor. The Wadhwa complex would have all the top end internal as well as external amenities. It is expected that there will be premium 2, 3 and 4 bhk flats in the pre launch project by Wadhwa Group in Mulund. At the moment, there is little clarity on rates, but whatever little information we have from the Management it would be a packaged deal and 2 BHK would be starting around 1.40 Cr. This would include your floor rise up to certain level and One covered Car Park. The rates are just tentative rates and there is a good possibility of it being around 1.35 Cr, which would make this a very lucrative deal. The above rates would be for first 50 Flats only henceforth rates would be increased after sale of every fifty units. There is a good possibility that rates would be increased on first day itself when the booking opens, may be even multiple times. The rates would be declared on 12th of November and Cheques would be collected dated 22nd November.
