A Backend Support Executive who has a proven ability to enter names, addresses, statistical information, business information, account numbers and other data. Candidate must have superb typing speed, excellent attention to detail and is able to juggle a variety of tasks whilst maintaining exceptionally high standards of work & reliability. Candidate must manage individual workflows effectively, improve processes when necessary, and has a willingness to learn from more experienced administrators.Role: Accurate, fast keying skills and sound knowledge of computer applications.Proven ability to collect and manage information efficiently and accurately.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong desire to work hard and perform well.Skilled in planning and organizing with the ability to complete tasks on deadline.An independent worker who successfully meets the challenges of a fast-paced environment providing data entry and administrative support to a large department.Sound knowledge of database management tools and data entry technologies.Compare data with source documents, re-entering data in verification format to detect errors, compiling, sorting and verifying the accuracy of data before it is entered, locating and correcting data entry errors, and reporting them to supervisors.Maintaining logs of activities and completed work.Requirements: Excellent interpersonal, research, and time management skillsGrace under pressure and good judgment in sensitive situationsMastery of Microsoft OfficeQuick learner with ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team to achieve objectives..Typing Speed: 60 WPM
