Reporting to the COO, the Head of Production will take a Lead role in driving Wireless Video enabled technology through the Manufacturing process and supporting the company in the process of becoming a world class manufacturer of their high-tech consumer electronic products. The Head of production will be co-ordinate, manage and be responsible for all aspects of the production process to ensure that products are manufactured to agreed schedules and quality levels. Other responsibilities include: New Product Introduction, implementation of lean manufacturing system and driving continuous improvement through lean tools and techniques. The successful candidate will ideally have a degree or similar in an Engineering or Electronics discipline, along with: A proven background in a lead role within a Consumer Electronics or Electro-Mechanical environment A knowledge of Lean Manufacturing techniques, including Kaizen or 6 Sigma Experience of ISO9001 quality management in a production facility Demonstrable experience in delivering change programs and driving continuous improvement Please get in touch if you would like some additional information on the company.
