BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER/ SALES EXECUTIVE IN BHUBANESWAR
SK Enterprises seeks dynamic and result oriented professionals all across Indian major cities, for its new launch of Deodorant product named TRANQUIL-The Wise Choice in the Indian market. a) Area Sales Manager (Business Development Manager) As we have mentioned earlier, we are expanding our business into the New Brand of Deodorant across India, It is the real challenge for the professionals who apply for the above post to exhibit the skills, as he/ she would be the sole responsible in-charge for the entire business acquisition at the respective states/locations. i) Identify the active distributors of Aerosol products and need to fulfil the statutory requirement of agreement as per the company policy. ii) Should be able to train and guide the Sales Representative under him/her in order to get the optimum result on business establishment. iii) Able to make the MIS report weekly/ Monthly and communicate to the headquarters at Mangalore to the concern business head. iv) Should be able to right decisions and innovative ideas to expand the business in market. v) Follow up with the distributors for the scheduled payment terms agreed as per the company policy. b) Sales Executive: i) Should have good English and Local Communication of respective State ii) Analyse the Area allocated and identify the retail stores available. iii) Should be able to deal with the Distributors to get the maximum business from the retail stores available at his/ her area allocated. iv) Should be ready to travel. v) Driving license is must. vi) Should be able to report the progress of activity assigned, to the respective Area Manager in the prescribed form.
