(2) Must have passed the Fire service Course from a recognised Institution. Physical Standards: (1) Height - 165 cm. (relaxable by 5 cm. for candidates from hill areas) (2) Weight - 50 Kg Minimum (3) Chest - 81cm (Normal)86.5 cm (expanded) (4) Eye sight - 6/6 without any correction (5) DISQUALIFICATION - Wearing glasses/colour blindness/ squint eye; Flat feet; Knock Knee; Deformity of limp/extra limb. Written Exam: The Written examination will consist of one objective type paper of two hours comprising following subjects:- 1) General English - 20 marks (20 questions) 2) General Intelligence, General Awareness and Quantitative aptitude - 30 marks (30 questions) 3) Subject Knowledge related to Fire Fighting - l00 marks (100 questions) Questions of Part-II and III of the paper will be set in both Hindi & English. The questions will be of the level commensurate with educational qualification prescribed for the post. Only those candidates, who qualify in written examination shall be called for Physical Test and Interview.
