CUSTOMER RELATIONS EXECUTIVE IN INDIA

You must have the below as pre-requisites:Experience in Customer Relationship ManagementE commerce experience preferableExcellent written & spoken EnglishAs of now we answer customer queries over email and call back on request. However we may open up chat at some point. Ideal candidate should be able & willing to respond to customers over email, chat and phoneAnalytical thinking - our queries are not so simple and we only take intelligent people in our customer service teamKnowledge of excel & ability to grasp concepts quicklyGreat chance to grow and develop professionally as you will be able to implement lot of ideas you come up with We are also looking for a full time fresher employee. Preferable if he/she had any prior internship or some other experience in E commerce.
